Appointment Etiquette: 
 
Since reservations are planned to allow the correct time for each treatment, it is important to please be punctual.  I reserve enough extra time in your appointment so you can change clothes, complete any necessary paperwork, and begin your experience without worries.
 
I kindly ask for 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment.  As a courtesy, confirmation is made 24-hours in advance of your reservation. 
 
Due to the recent increase in no-shows and last minute cancellations, a credit card is required to hold your reservation.  If last minute rescheduling or cancellation of your reservation occurs, or if you fail to show up for your scheduled reservation, Face To Face Esthetics reserves the right to charge the full price of the service(s) reserved to your credit card.  By confirming your reservation with a credit card you agree to the terms of this policy.
 
If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation time, I may not be able to provide the full treatment but will perform an abbreviated treatment at the full price.  More than 15 minutes late will be considered a last minute cancellation/reschedule and the above policy will apply.

A $40 fee will be assessed for returned checks, and payment of the original invoice plus the returned check fee will be required in cash.  Additionally, all future payments will be required by cash or credit card.
 
Minor teens and children coming in for appointments must be accompanied by their parent or guardian during the entire appointment.  All intake forms/consents for minors must be signed by their parent or guardian. 
Returns & Refunds: 
 
I'm confident that you'll love the products offered so much, you won't want to return them!  Regardless, below is our return policy:
 
  • In order to ensure you are receiving the correct products for your skin and that you follow a correctly prescribed regimen, please schedule a consultation prior to making your purchase.  Complimentary phone and Face-To-Face consultations are available, as well as many product samples, to ensure you will be satisfied with your purchase.
  • Any Vital Therapy Skin Care or VT Bold product returns must be made within 10 days of purchase, and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Vital Therapy Skin Care or VT Bold products returned unopened and unused, resaleable in original packaging, will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price.  Opened and/or partially used products will receive a 50% refund of the purchase price.  Face To Face Esthetics reserves the right to issue refunds as store credit.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.  Product returned by shipment must be insured and a tracking number must be provided.  Please contact me for a return authorization number prior to shipping any return.  Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • All sales of TecNiche, gloMinerals, makeup brushes, RevitaLash, nutritional supplements, and Clear My Head products are final.
  • No refunds on services.  If you are in any way dissatisfied with the service you received please contact me immediately so together we can reach a solution.
 
I'm committed to ensuring your satisfaction!  If you are in any way unhappy or dissatisfied with your products or service, please call me to discuss your concerns.
Privacy Policy:
 
Face To Face Esthetics has created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.
 
We respect the privacy of  our customers and will not release any customer information to third parties.  We will never trade, sell, rent, or share addresses or any other personal information with anyone.  Any information obtained is used to process your order or maintain your client file only.  Email and physical addresses are used solely for the purpose of communication between Face To Face Esthetics and customers.  We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of any mailings.
 
If you would prefer to cease receiving mail or email, or to change your expressed interests, simply let us know and your file will be updated.
