Scheduling:

Since scheduling is planned to allow the correct time for each treatment, it is important to please be punctual.

I block off enough time in your appointment so you can change clothes, complete paperwork and begin your relaxing treatment without worries.

Appointment Policies:

I kindly ask for 24-hour notice in the event of a cancellation or the need to reschedule. As a courtesy, confirmation is made 24-hours in advance of your appointment.

If last minute canceling or rescheduling of appointments occurs I will then require a credit card at the time of scheduling thereafter. Fifty percent of the service(s) reserved will be charged if any subsequent cancellation/ rescheduling is not made within 24-hours of the scheduled appointment time.

Minor teens and children coming in for appointments must be accompanied by their parent or guardian during the entire appointment. All intake forms/consents for minors must be signed by their parent or guardian.

Elderly or home-bound individuals can request an appointment in their home (services are limited).

Returns & Refunds:

I'm confident that you'll love Vital Therapy Skin Care, VT Bold, and Natural Look Mineral Makeup products so much, you won't want to return them! Regardless, below is our return and refund policy:

Any skin care product returns must be made within 10 days of purchase, and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Products returned unopened and unused, in original packaging, will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price. Opened and/or partially used products will receive a 50% refund of the purchase price.
If products were shipped to you, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products. Products returned by shipment must be insured and a tracking number must be provided. Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to shipping products back.
All sales of Natural Look Mineral Makeup and brushes are final.
No refunds on services.

I'm committed to ensuring your satisfaction! If you are in any way unhappy or dissatisfied with your products or service, please call me to discuss your concerns.

Payments:

We accept cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard.
Online payments through PayPal using your PayPal account or credit card.
There will be a $25 fee for returned checks; cash or credit card will be required to complete the payment, as well as all future payments.

Privacy Policy:

Face To Face Esthetics has created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.

We respect the privacy of our customers and will not release any customer information to third parties, nor do we trade, sell, rent, or share addresses or any other personal information with anyone. Any information obtained is used to process your order or maintain your client file only. Email and physical addresses are used solely for the purpose of communication between Face To Face Esthetics and our customers. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of any mailings.

If you would prefer to cease receiving mail or email from us or to change your expressed interests, simply let us know and we will update our files.

The biggest compliment is when you refer your friends and family to me. I appreciate your trust and confidence, and would like to thank you for those referrals!

For each person you refer that comes in for a service, I will send you

a coupon for $5.00 OFF your next service and the person you referred will receive 10% off their first service. So be sure your friends and family tell me that you sent them, and I'll be sure to get your referral coupons to you!
