Face To Face Appointment Etiquette
Since reservations are planned to allow the correct time for each treatment, it's important to be punctual. Enough extra time is reserved so you can change clothes, complete any necessary paperwork, and begin your experience without worries.
I require 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment. Remember, it is your responsibility to remember your appointments ... as a courtesy, confirmation is made 24-hours in advance via email and text.
Due to an unfortunate increase in "no-shows" and last minute cancellations, a credit card is required to hold your first reservation. If last minute rescheduling or cancellation of your reservation occurs, or if you fail to show up for your scheduled reservation, Face To Face Esthetics reserves the right to charge the full price of the service(s) reserved to your credit card.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
24-Hours or more advance notice = no fee.
Less than 24-hours notice = 50% of reserved service(s), or $30, whichever is greater.
No notice given (no show) = 100% of the reserved service(s), or $30, whichever is greater.

If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation time, I may not be able to provide the full treatment but will perform an abbreviated treatment at the full price. More than 15 minutes late will be considered a last minute cancellation/reschedule and the above fee schedule will apply.
A $40 fee will be assessed for returned checks, and payment of the original invoice plus the returned check fee will be required in cash or by credit card. Additionally, all future payments will be required by cash or credit card.
Face To Face Esthetics accepts all major credit cards and cash. Payment is due upon the conclusion of your service.
Cell Phone Policy
Please silence your phone while in the office, so that you may receive the full relaxation benefits of your visit. A complimentary charging station is provided for your convenience.
Please make arrangements for childcare during your visit.
Minor Treatment Policy
Minor teens and children coming in for appointments must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire appointment. All intake forms/consents for minors must be signed by their parent or guardian.
While I sincerely appreciate your acknowledgement of a superior service experience, the most generous gratuity you can provide is the referral of your friends and family.
Return & Refund Policy
I'm confident that you'll love the products offered so much, you won't want to return them! Regardless, below is our return policy:
If you are a new client, in order to ensure you are receiving the correct products for your skin and that you follow a correctly prescribed regimen, please schedule a consultation prior to making your purchase.
All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase, and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Products returned unopened, unused, with the safety seal intact, resaleable in original packaging, will receive a 100% store credit of the product purchase price. Opened, unsealed, and/or partially used products are not returnable.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Product returned by shipment must be insured and a tracking number must be provided. Please contact me for a return authorization number prior to shipping any return. Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Purchase of seasonal items, "sale" items, or items special ordered for you are final.
No refunds on services. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the service you received please contact me immediately so together we can reach a solution.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Face To Face Esthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates; lost or stolen Gift Certificates will not be replaced.
I respect the privacy of my customers and will not release any customer information to third parties. I never trade, sell, rent, or share addresses or any other personal information with anyone. Any information obtained is used to process your purchase or maintain your client file only. Email and physical addresses are used solely for the purpose of communication between Face To Face Esthetics and customers. I respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of any mailings.
If you would prefer to cease receiving mail or email, or to change your expressed interests, simply let me know and your file will be updated.
